Hi, I'm Bel!
I've been working in early childhood education for 19 years, and I'm so excited to be part of the Little World Academy Melton community!
Throughout my career, I've worked in a variety of roles, from Educator to Regional Manager, across communities throughout Australia.
I'm passionate about building meaningful connections with families and creating nurturing environments where every child feels safe, valued and inspired to learn.
I joined Little World Academy in February 2026, inspired by Kai and Lynsey's genuine passion and vision for early childhood education.
I'm looking forward to getting to know our wonderful families and creating something truly special together!
Our Programs
At Little World Academy, every day is an adventure for your child! Our educational program meets the highest standards set by the National and Victorian authorities. We deliver a Reggio Emilia-based curriculum enriched with cutting-edge learning tools, incorporating technology, science, and the arts, all tailored to your child's development.
What makes us unique:
Sensory Experiences: Our resources and yard space invite children to explore through all of their senses. We thoughtfully fill our spaces so children can touch, smell, listen, look and wonder. These are real, hands-on experiences where children learn by noticing the world around them.
Local Community Excursions: We see our local area as an extension of our service, not something separate from it. On our excursions, children visit the library, explore the shops and see their community up close. When they buy something at the shop, they begin to understand how exchanging goods works. Through these outings, children feel connected to the people and places around them.
Loose-Parts Play: We value the process of play. With loose parts, children are free to explore, experiment and create in their own way. There’s no right answer or finished product to get to. What matters is the thinking, problem-solving and imagination that happen along the way.
